UCT Series Take-up Bearing Units
UCT series take-up bearing units are used for conveyor systems and shaft tensioning applications.

UCT series take-up bearing units pair a UC insert with a slide T-housing for belt tension adjustment without moving the conveyor frame. Covering 20–85 mm bores (UCT204–UCT217), the take-up design lets the shaft slide in an adjustment slot to tighten or loosen belts. Standard dimensions, set-screw locking, and ISO 9001 quality management are applied throughout.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is a UCT take-up unit used for?
A UCT take-up unit holds a shaft in a slotted T-housing so the bearing can slide to adjust belt or chain tension without moving the machine frame. It is used at conveyor tail ends and tension stations where belts stretch in service. The UC insert self-aligns and the slide slot corrects misalignment. CTZ supplies UCT204 through UCT217 with published slot travel so buyers can match the unit to their conveyor adjustment range.
What is the MOQ for UCT take-up units?
CTZ accepts trial and full-container orders for UCT take-up units. Wholesale MOQ for common sizes like UCT205, UCT208 and UCT210 often starts at a few hundred pieces per model, with mixed pallets available. OEM and private label UCT orders set MOQ by box printing and packing. Provide the models and quantity to the Ningbo team to confirm MOQ and unit price for your market.
What material are UCT take-up housings made from?
The UC insert in a UCT unit uses Chrome Steel (GCr15 / 100Cr6) rings and balls with a hardened spherical outer ring. The T-housing is typically cast iron, with stamped steel options for lighter builds. Cages are stamped steel and units ship greased with a fitting. CTZ applies incoming material and dimensional inspection so UCT take-up bearing units keep consistent quality for distributors and OEM customers.
How are UCT units packed for export?
UCT take-up units are packed in neutral packing by default, with OEM brand packing, custom boxes, labels and export cartons on request. Units go into inner boxes, master cartons and pallets for sea freight, and anti-rust protection can be added. CTZ confirms artwork, carton count and pallet type before production so distributors receive UCT orders ready for local sale and shelf display.
What is the delivery time for UCT take-up orders?
UCT take-up orders typically ship 20 to 30 days after deposit, based on quantity, model mix and packing. Common sizes like UCT205 and UCT210 are often partly stocked for faster dispatch, while custom OEM packing or large volumes need more time. CTZ arranges mixed container loads from Ningbo and shares a production and shipment schedule so distributors can plan stock for conveyor assembly and maintenance.
